The highlight here was the two leopard cubs with their mother. We swung by the rocks every day trying to spot them, and lucked out on our last morning. Also witnessed a mating lion pair and a couple smallish wildebeest crossings.
Fighting hippos, a cheetah having lunch, and a lot of lions. Also saw my first ever bushbaby, which would jump from tree to tree past the lodge bar every night just after sunset.
This was my first cheetah cub sighting. Also had quite a few first-time bird sightings, and saw a baby elephant nearly drown before being propped back up by the rest of the herd.
It was overcast and dreary most of the day, but we did get some good kori bustard sighting, had an oxpecker and an ostrich pose for portraits, and saw a hyena trotting along with a warthog head in its jaws.
