Convento Jerusalen - Matematico Marzal
3rd place in the Special Section.
Exposicion - Micer Masco
1st place in the Special Section, aka the grand prize winner. After coming in 7th the previous year, this was considered a pretty big upset.
Cuba - Literato Azorin
6th place in the Special Section. This was another one where it was closed off to the public when I showed up, and I ended up never getting around to coming back during the daytime. To make matters worse, they had (almost intentionally it seemed) hung banners up to prevent people from getting good views. Very strange. So if you want to see decent photos of this one, check out the nighttime gallery where it was open to the public.
L´Antiga de Campanar
7th place in the Special Section. I showed up in the late-ish morning on the first day, and they had not opened up the entrance to the public yet. Wasn't too thrilled about that. So all these photos are taken from outside the fenced boundary.
Plaza de Na Jordana
4th place in the Special Section.
Plaza del Pilar
2nd place in the Special Section.
Almirante Cadarso - Conde Altea
8th place in the Special Section.
Sueca - Literato Azorin
5th place in the Special Section.
Regne de Valencia - Duque de Calabria
9th (last) place in the Special Section. I do think their placement right on a busy major road hurt them a bit. But the pop-up bar literally just across the street on the median makes the best caipirinhas I've found so far.

Not eligible for judging, but clearly on the same scale as any of the Special Section fallas.
